-One million animal and plant species are now faced with extinction.
-The increasing of the world population and global economic have been affected the earth. As a result, many species have been killed in a large numbers than previously.
-Climate change, hunting, pollution and over use of animal are an important key factor that threaten nature.
Brief summary:
According to UN report, human action has produced strong impact on the nature of the earth. It eliminates most of the plant and animal species which use to live on earth. It also causes climate change which impacted on the living life on earth. Also, due to the increase of world population and global economic, more land clearance to turn into plantation, as well as affected the earth and kill many large number of species to nearly extinction.
Personal reflection:
This is true that say "Every living thing on our planet depend on another for survival". If we lost one thing, we would suffer because everything is connected to each other. Therefore, we should think of the nature around us and protect it for another generation to have chance to live in wonderful view that we had it in the past. Educate young generation about the nature and advantages of it. From reading about nature crisis, I am stocked that human action is killing the large amount of species nowadays. We should put more effort to protect the nature and do not destroy it. We should help to protect the nature by using environmental friendly products, stop cutting down tree, do not buy animal skin products and eat more vegetable than meat. Also, government should do more to stop the illegal trade in wildlife and help to protect land for animal habitat.
